Self Help Group for Mental Health Consumers which meets once a week in Medicine Hat, Alberta in Victory Lutheran Church. We host activities to fight stigma twice a year. Hold group social activies. Give out information on phone to all interested, and go for coffee during the week. Sit on various committees with professionals.
